**Do work that matters**:
Gain unique insight into the fast-paced world of Direct Lending, where digital innovation meets customer connection. You'll build strong relationships across lending teams while developing highly transferable skills in coaching, communication, prioritisation, and influencing. This role offers exposure to digital home loan processes and phone-based lending, opening up future career pathways across product, operations, and leadership within the Bank.

**Details**:

- Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm; however we do ask for occasional flexibility due to operational needs. You may be asked to work between the hours of 9am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.
- Hybrid working: The chance to work from home with only 50% office attendance required.

**You will**:

- Facilitate coaching and on-going training for mortgage lending teams to enhance knowledge of CBA products, processes and systems
- Improve capability and performance in areas such as deal structure, error rates, compliance and customer service. This includes coaching on HEM, RCR, file reviews and call exceptions
- Provide recommendations on managing the sales pipeline to ensure the effective use of resources; i.e. effective actioning of milestones and pipeline strategies
- Provide guidance on credit decision and prudent risk management
- Act as a point of reference for Lenders in terms of policies and procedures

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Demonstrated experience in home lending environment in CBA and in Australian lending market
- Experience and commitment to pursuing excellence and quality outcomes in the lending environment
- Advanced knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
