We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager - Mobile Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving key financial, compliance and performance targets set in conjunction with our client and account manager. You will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of multiple sites and the delivery of high-quality facilities services

**Main Duties**
- Manage and maintain a range of building systems, including:

- Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC)
- Chiller systems
- Fire protection systems
- Mechanical & electrical systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Oversee performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and local requirements.
- Manage contractors and specialised service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Actively identify and resolve problems, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety and compliance standard

**Qualifications**
- Trade certificate in Electrical, Plumbing, or similar field, **or** extensive on-site knowledge of building management and assets.
- Tertiary qualification in property, facilities management or a related discipline (preferred).

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar facilities or property management role.
- Sound technical understanding of building systems and assets.
- Proven experience managing vendors and service contracts.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation in NSW.
- NSW Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
