About the roles
We are seeking energetic, driven Sales Professionals. Your sales skills, drive and initiative will be key to your success.
You will be a self-starter that has key account management experience and a strong desire to gain knowledge of Konica Minolta products, services & solutions.
You will be an excellent communicator and have a proven record of selling to a diverse range of industry verticals. You will be instrumental in the total sales cycle from generating the lead through to closing the sale. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals and developing the short and long-term sales pipeline to achieve the revenue target.

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

- Achieve Revenue targets versus plan
- Highly organised and client focused
- Desire to assist your clients under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate solution concept outcome to C Level contacts
- Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with customers
- Research your key targets, highlighting business issue and the KM solution
- Write compelling proposals and articulate a return on investment to your customers.
- Demonstrate & articulate business strategies across your territory
- Train and maintain expertise on Konica Minolta products and services
- Collaborative approach and a team player

**Essential requirements for this role**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Be prepared to learn and have a vast knowledge within different account bases.
- Know how to develop complex engagement strategies across your territory for long term success
- Territory Management & Sales Pipeline experience
- Have a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- High degree of business acumen with the ability to understand and work with financial tools
- Be a proven self-starter and a driven individual
- Personal enthusiasm with a strong sense of teamwork
- Exposure to sales training methodologies (Spin or Ignite as an example)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hold valid working rights for Australia.
- Hold a valid driving licence
