**About the role**:

- The role will also involve first and second level support to Uniting Agewell system users with a strong focus of review and follow up of any systems issues raised by users during the training session to allow business to continually evolve, improve and ensure business remains compliant
- Work closely with the Applications Lead - Clinical, Systems Team and Subject Matter Experts ensuring clear, concise and high quality end user documentation and training materials and effective delivery of end user training

Previous experience in deign, delivery and assessment of both face to face and online training and/or education in a group setting
- Extensive experience of systems training, particularly clinical systems
- Experience and understanding of the Aged Care / Health Care sectors
- Experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning material (developing user documentation, training materials including digital training)
- Be able to deliver presentations to external providers and represent the organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to bulld and manage relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
