**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking to expand our finance team

We are looking for a thorough individual who will be working in a small accounts team, across multiple projects, clients, and suppliers. The main focus of the role is to facilitate the accounts payable and data entry for project budgets and the business.

You will work closely with both the finance and production departments and will need to be confident to work autonomously as well as in a team.

We are looking for someone who has the skill to be able to assist the Head of Finance with financial analysis of project-based budgets when required.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to;_
- _Keeping track of all payments and expenditures for projects and the business, including quotes, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and statements. _
- _Reconciling all payments and expenditures into project budgets. _
- _Be responsible for scheduling supplier payments within the relevant payment terms and keeping track of outstanding credits; responding to all supplier enquiries regarding finance. _
- _Assess and report to HOF on project budgets._
- _Assist with final project budget reviews._
- _Liaising with the production department to ensure there are no discrepancies with invoices or supplier payment terms when required._
- _Assisting with the ongoing financial analysis of project-based budgets in conjunction with the production department._

- SKILLS including but not limited to;_
- _Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable, data entry or bookkeeping role._
- _Experience in a commercial project-based accounts payable role, working with multiple budgets running at the same time is of strong advantage._
- _Experience in liaising directly with suppliers/ vendors is of advantage_
- _Familiar with Xero accounting system is of advantage_
- _Familiar with Google Sheets and formulas is of strong advantage_
- _High attention to detail and accuracy_
- _Strong organisational and planning skills _
- _Problem identification and resolution skills_
- _Ability to meet deadlines_
