SEEKING A CASUAL MAINTENANCE / HANDYMAN. **Must be available to work weekends or receive after hours emergency call outs.**

We manage 70+ properties in Mandurah and are seeking a maintenance person to take on work as required. Casual 2 days per week approx, maybe more as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES (may include, but are not limited to):

- Maintenance repairs
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Undertake upkeep and repair tasks
- After hours call out during rostered days.
- Repair equipment or appliances

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Maintenance experience or trade highly regarded.
- Good communication skills
- Well-organised and apt in problem-solving
- Applicant to preferably live in the Mandurah area or at least live within a short distance from Mandurah
- MUST be fluent in English
- Must be available to work Weekends

We are looking for someone at least 2 days per week including weekend availability.
