The Principal Bar & Restaurant is hiring

The Principal is a bar, restaurant and wine shop located in the heart of Midland, opposite Midland Gate Shopping Centre. It's a relaxed place for locals open 7 days from 10am 'til late.

We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our management team and help out with the daily food and drink operations of The Principal, whilst contributing to the execution of functions and events.

Being a part of the Principal team means being in a relaxed and friendly venue where you get to know the regulars by name and drink order, surrounded by a young and enthusiastic team.

You'll need an Approved Managers card, weekend and evening availability, reliable transport and a customer focussed approach to hospitality.
Duty management is preferred but this position is open to the right person with suitable hospitality experience looking to take that next step.

+ Casual Hospitality Award Rate including weekend and public holiday rates
+ No super late finishes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $28.46 - $56.93 per hour
