**Role Overview**

As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our café. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and uphold our high standards of service and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial and operational goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
