Lead Performance Test Lead wanted to drive the Performance Test Operating Model across the program of work providing centralized processes, practices, governance, and framework(s) to ensure consistent, efficient and effective Performance Testing
This role shall be required to - Collaborate with test analysts, business analysts and Subject Matter Expert's (SME) to ensure Performance Testing requirements are validated
- Design, document and execute automated performance test scripts
- Design, document, manage and execute manual test cases, sets, and suites
- Work in cross-functional project teams using multiple delivery methodologies
- Create hardware and software Performance Testing frameworks
- Aid Testing Strategy design, execution and governance
- Provide technical expertise to project teams related to Performance Testing
- Aid the gathering of operational metrics
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test quality by undertaking reviews and recommending improvements
- Develop performance frameworks and processes that promote ease of use, maintainability, reusability, and scalability
- Assist in resource planning, procurement, and test estimation.
- Mentor, lead, and support testers required for Delivery.
- Develop fit-for-purpose stakeholder reporting.
- Work in cross-functional project teams using multiple delivery methodologies

**Mandatory Skills Required**
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in Performance Test Manager competencies.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and maintaining Performance Test frameworks across technology stacks and toolsets.
- Experience in establishing, managing and governing performance test frameworks, strategies and operating models within complex organisations.
- Ability to influence and drive Vendor performance test approaches to meet ROBUST needs.
- Experience in Test landscapes that include many integrated systems, various stakeholders and multiple vendor teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with different areas of the organisation in gather information.
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
- A minimum of 5+ years of Application Performance Testing experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of Network/Infrastructure Performance Testing experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of Cloud Testing experience
