The Bureau's Data & Digital Group (DDG) has recently formed the Enterprise Test Capability which is actively maturing the testing discipline across the organisation through the establishment of consistent test frameworks and governance.

Reporting to the Enterprise Test Manager, the Performance Test Lead is required to establish and drive the Performance Testing Operating Model, providing centralised processes, practices, governance, and templates to ensure consistent, efficient, and effective performance testing across the enterprise. They will also provide performance testing support to a broader portfolio of projects ensure the tooling, framework and regression and performance test suite is managed, maintained, and executed. Finally, they will work with the Test Automation Lead and other automation testers to understand and run test suites within the overarching test automation framework.
