ERP Specialist

**ERP & Systems**
- Review existing processes and provide improvements as required to better align to best practice use of the Pronto ERP system.
- Ensure that Snooze is getting maximum value from the Pronto ERP system.
- Ensure alignment of the Pronto ERP system with other systems within the Snooze environment, including, but not limited to the CRM/CDP and Shopify system.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Demonstrate a customer focus in all behaviours which may include handling challenging and complex customer service enquiries.
- Serve as the escalation point from the Systems Manager where required for technology related issues and/or requests relating to the Pronto ERP system
- Act as overflow/backup to Systems Manager to support day-to-day business support requirements.

**Project work**
- Work with Snooze project resources across the business to ensure the Pronto ERP system is updated and kept up to date into the future
- Provide expertise to the project team to ensure that all elements of the project plan are realistic and achievable.
- Assist project team with training plans and rollout plans as required.
- Work with Snooze training team to “Train the Trainer” and ensure that knowledge is transferred effectively.
- Work with the Snooze project team to ensure that all elements of the Snooze ERP are documented as part of any upgrade or development.
- Act as SME for Pronto ERP development work, ensuring that the requirements are delivered.
- Assist in testing activities as required to ensure that the system works end-to-end, integrates with other systems successfully, and data is consistent.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Technology
- Experience in Pronto ERP is preferred
- Top flight communication skills
- Attention to detail and compliance in all their work

**General**
- Provide assistance on other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Head of Technology.
- Travel as required.
