Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital

To support the Clinical Trial Unit in providing assistance to the Clinical Trial and Data Management Officers (CTDMO) in managing study specific data entry and providing assistance and support to the Research Operations Manager.

The Position- Collection and entry of study specific data.- Ensure all relevant clinical results are available prior to study participants’ next appointments.- Assist in the preparation of study specific source documentation and central blood kits.- Welcome study participants on arrival to the Clinical Trials reception area and inform relevant CTDMO of study participant arrival, as required.- Receive and direct phone calls as appropriate.- Manage internal and external mail, faxes etc.- Maintain study specific site filing and study archiving as per specific study protocol.- Updating of site details on ClinTrial Refer website as required.

You will have excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and database packages and you will have the ability to organise work priorities and meet deadlines.

To succeed you will have previous experience in a clinical trial setting and have a demonstrated ability to work meticulously within this highly regulated department.
