Our client is a Illawarra based educational training centre who provide services to a diverse range of stakeholders including business, industry and government, youth at risk, people with disabilities, indigenous and disadvantaged jobseekers including homeless people throughout the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Far South Coast, Southern Highlands & Macarthur areas.

**Your new role**

The business is looking for an ongoing temp receptionist to preform general admin and reception duties as follows:

- Greet all persons who enter facility in a friendly and personable manner.
- Process student enrolment forms
- Monitor the inbox and chat function in a timely manner.
- Operation of computerised equipment
- Word processing using Microsoft Office Suite and other internal platforms.
- Short Courses Administration
- Update and maintain Course Booking Spreadsheet daily with enquiries and/or course confirmations.
- Room Bookings
- Stationary Orders and Deliveries
- Manage inbound and outbound mail.
- Maintain facilities by ensuring all public areas are clean and tidy.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in reception and general admin
- available to start immediately
- Work with Hays to be fully compliant before starting assignment
