We're currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team in Shellharbour on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
As a Medical Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing patient registrations, bookings, and inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
- Handling payments, issuing receipts, and efficiently managing billing and invoicing procedures.
- Operating two booking systems smoothly and effectively.
- Providing assistance with various back-office tasks as needed, including familiarity with Xero and expense tracking.

- Demonstrated marketing skills and experience, particularly with a high level of knowledge of social media platforms.
- Experience in leading teams of 10 or more individuals.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
