The position is available for 4-6 months or for the right applicant, an ongoing positing within our amazing team.

Successful applicants must possess the following:

- Current QLD certificate of registration
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management or reception
- Current drivers licence and clean, reliable, car
- Thorough understanding of residential property management and all associated legislation with REIQ, RTA and processes including QCAT
- High standard of personal presentation
- Impeccable communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues and tradespeople
- Be a proactive member of the team with a high level of self motivation and organisation.
- You will be supported by our virtual assistant team
- Systems used by our office include (but not limited to): VaultRE, Property Tree, Realworks, ADL Forms, Inspect Real Estate.

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)
