An excellent ongoing opportunity exists for an experienced and talented Analysis and Reporting Officer to join the Procurement Branch within the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
The Procurement Branch is part of the Corporate Services portfolio and focuses on supporting the Department and several portfolio agencies through a decentralised procurement model. Business areas undertake procurement activities and the Corporate Procurement Team (CPT) as expert advisors at all points of the procurement process.
As the Analysis and Reporting Officer you will be responsible for coordinating a range of high-level procurement reporting and analysis from a range of data sources and provide reports to support improved decision making and business improvements.
You will also support the maintenance of the DPC Procurement Dashboards to ensure the information is relevant, up to date and accessible and will also be accountable for ensuring that the DPC intranet is up to date including the associated procurement policies, guidelines and templates.
To be successful in this role you must have experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI (preferred), previous experience in reporting and business intelligence and/or data insights and a relevant qualification (e.g. Commerce, Analytics).
