What this job involves
We are looking for an experienced copywriter who is passionate about content, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager for a role in the real estate sector to join the Australian Pursuits team.

As a Proposal Writer and Content Manager, you will support the Australian Pursuits team to create and draft high quality original content that maximizes our chance of winning and retaining clients. In addition, this role will manage the Australian content repository, so we are looking for someone who is extremely organised.

The Pursuits team is a team of business development strategists based across Australia. We are focused on driving revenue growth using strategic and innovative methodology for winning business. We see this role as critical part of our team to help our business deliver and sell our services more effectively across the country.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Assist the team to write compelling original Tier 1 pitch documents, presentations and supporting client materials from inception
Draft content that captures and articulates the unique sales proposition and strategy
Manage the Australian pitch content library to ensure our best practice content is kept current and easily accessed. This includes case studies, client quotes, organisation charts, imagery, awards, core business statistics etc.
Work closely with the Pursuits Design team and broader APAC team to support the development and execution of pitch presentation, design, and branding
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and our competitor’s proposal and BD activity

A great communicator with storytelling experience
You have meticulous proof-reading skills
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can be agile to meet the growing business needs.
You can diplomatically manage multiple stakeholders whilst ensuring your organisational style enables you to plan and deliver with impact
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a team, independently and in virtual environment
Experience working in a professional services environment
And importantly, you are hungry to learn about Real Estate
A high level of competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
