**The Position**

A highly reputable and large ASX listed organisation located on the fringe of Brisbane's CBD, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract. This position has been created to assist with payroll projects across the time and attendance system and enterprise agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for leading all payroll related projects, ensuring that all projects are rolled out smoothly. You will contribute to the strong team culture of collaboration while ensuring all related duties are carried out effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Ensure all interpretations of awards and enterprise agreements are stored and recorded in the time and attendance system;
- Effectively carry out testings of all payrules in both the payroll and T&A system, including UAT's;
- Manage all auditing processes relating to award and enterprise agreements;
- Consistently provide recommendations and strategies to the Payroll Manager, on all payroll processes.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation and strong experience with payroll configuration and testing;
- Ability to conduct payroll report-writing, using relevant systems;
- Experience with time and attendance configuration and testing;
- Proven experience in a similar role in a high-volume payroll environment.
