This is a full-time work from home role for a Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist will handle the preparation, processing, and maintenance of employee payrolls. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with payroll regulations across multiple Union EBA's addressing garnishments, processing payroll accurately and on time, and providing exemplary payroll services. The Specialist will also support troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely Payroll Services
  • Proficiency with payroll system Employment Hero, Keypay, Employment Innovations or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of payroll-related legal compliance and regulations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
