**The Position**
- A sought-after combination of HR business partnering with senior leaders & operational delivery.
- Partner with the sector GM HR and assist with developing and implementing the HR strategy for the sector.
- Supporting our line managers by providing customer-focused HR support and advice to managers that aligns and adheres to organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- This includes award and agreement interpretation, policy advice, employee grievance support, performance management support, absence management and other HR generalist tasks.
- Coach line managers on how to engage, develop, reward, and retain their employees.
- Matrix reporting to eh Reporting to the HR People Services Manager, you will also contribute towards team HR projects.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a seamless delivery to all stakeholders.

**The Person**
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Broad range of generalist HR experience, within a workforce that is unionised.
- Demonstrable experience in Awards and Enterprise Agreements interpretation
- Previous experience in grievances, performance management, and complaint investigation
- Experience in navigating a variety of HRIS or HRMS and reporting systems.
- Proactive, well organised, and can work autonomously in an unsupervised environment.
- A broad range of influencing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
