**Responsibilities**:
Our **People Business Partners** play a pivotal role in enabling the alignment of Macmahon’s people strategy with the business strategy and supporting the business to maintain our strategic business principles in the deployment of all HR activities.

**About the role**
- Based at Head Office, near Perth Airport, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
- Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
- Due to recent promotions, 2 permanent opportunities are available.

**About you**
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience in the resources industry, preferably within mining, is favourable.
- Proven working knowledge of contemporary people and culture practices and employee relations legislation.
- Able to communicate professionally across all levels of the company and build relationships with key business partners.
- Strong time management and mindfulness is valuable in our agile environment.
- Capable of working independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in the use of Success Factors or a similar HRIS to drive HR policy and operations would be useful.
