Leederville Campus, as we are a multi-campus institution you may be required to work from more than one campus

NM TAFE is looking for a Senior People Services Business Partner (SPSBP) to join our People Services team and help shape the future of HR across our organisation.

About the Role

As a Senior People Services Business Partner, you'll be at the centre of driving strategic HR outcomes that make a real difference. You'll work closely with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver expert advice and lead initiatives that support a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-level guidance on recruitment, classification, performance management, grievance resolution, and workforce planning
• Lead and support HR projects and programs that align with NM TAFE's strategic direction
• Develop practical tools and resources that empower managers and improve service delivery
• Collaborate across WA TAFE colleges on sector-wide initiatives and continuous improvement
• Champion a culture of care, inclusion, and innovation in everything you do
