We are extremely excited to be presenting this super rare opportunity, to join one of Western Australia's prominent building, construction, property and finance groups as a
**People Business Partner**.

The group and its associated brands is responsible for changing peoples lives and building over 80,000 homes since it's inception.

Albeit they have an awarded history they are always evolving, developing and growing to be at the forefront of the industry.

From the moment you enter the door of their state-of-the-art facility you will feel welcome and at home. This is the culture you will be instrumental in upholding as part of the broader Human Resources Team.

**THE ROLE**
- You will partner with the business leadership team across the departments along with the People Team including Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development just to mention a few
- Provide operational human resources, industrial and employment relations advice to senior leaders, managers and employees
- Support and coach leaders in the delivery of all elements of talent management, retention and attraction
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Coach managers in change management methodologies, tools and processes
- Actively promote change and continuous improvement within the People Team to provide exemplary professional People service

**ABOUT YOU**
- You must have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations or can demonstrate experience with industrial relations matters & integrated talent management processes
- Have ideally held a similar role with exposure to business partnering
- Willingness to change the status quo
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior and operational leaders
- Knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, principals and practices
- Have business acumen in decision making and able to provide sound advice, provide options along with risk analysis and problem solving skills
