A leading global technology company is currently looking to hire an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to work on a variety of client engagements with some of Australia's largest and most successful clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in discovery workshops with Customer and provide them technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
- Create solution design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
- Lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
- Creating high-level and detailed-level design artifacts.
- Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
- Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

**Key Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience on MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Experience with more than two end-to-end lifecycles of MS Dynamics 365 CRM projects
- Experience working on Power Automate or PowerApps Portals.
- Ability to create plug-ins, custom workflow activities.
- Experience in creating Dashboards, Charts and Reports.
- Hands-on experience on Azure services like Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault.
- Knowledge of latest Javascript libraries such as ReactJS and AngularJS.
- Experience with in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

**Salary Package**: up to $160K (incl. super)
