The Lending Fulfilment Team is responsible for the end-to-end settlement process, inclusive of document preparation, execution, booking settlement procedures with PEXA & Dye Durham and same day funding, this ensures a smooth transition to settlement for our customers in accordance with process, policy and procedure.

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry with exposure to resource planning, modelling, and scheduling.
- Demonstrated relationship management, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated strategic & tactical thinking with proven implementation of successful people strategies.
- A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lending and settlement process.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in people management, including coaching and mentoring staff to achieve team and organisational goals.
- Strong customer service ethic and the ability to successfully establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Home Lending and Settlement systems, including PEXA, Dye &Durham and LendFast would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant finance industry standards, acts, codes, and legislations (e.g., CCC, Code of Practice, Privacy Act.
- Minimum - Diploma in leadership or a financial service-related field.
