About the Role
As the Home Lending Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that manages the Home Lending product portfolio. This includes overseeing and managing the financial performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction of Suncorp Bank’s Home Lending product portfolio, including products no longer for sale.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align product offerings with business objectives and market expectations.

What will your day look like?
**As a Home Lending Product Manager, you will**:

- Execute relevant product propositions in accordance with Suncorp’s Bank customer strategy and customer value proposition applicable to attract, retain and grow customers.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop product and end-to-end fulfilment strategies and initiatives that position the relevant products for sustainable growth in the short and medium term.
- Ensure Suncorp Bank Home Lending products are working in accordance with the terms and conditions and drive any necessary corrective actions in consultation with legal and operational risk partners.
- Conduct portfolio and market analysis to develop optimal product strategies that support ROE targets, align with product positioning, and acquire target customers.
- Contribute to development of Suncorp Bank’s Home Lending product portfolio risk appetite and risk management outcomes. This includes ensuring product settings and performance is within risk appetite and that appropriate measures and reporting in place
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the lending customer psyche, market share, product needs, buying process and cycle, service expectations, event triggers and performance metrics.
- Provide expertise and confidence in response to both technical and general questions regarding product specifications.
- Achieve audit and compliance objectives, as well as complying with industry code of practice and legislative requirements relevant to home lending.
- Lead and develop the capability of your team through effective coaching, mentoring, professional development and performance management.
- Contribute to the strategic objectives of Suncorp Bank’s Home Lending Division as an active member of the Senior Leadership team.
