**About the role**

Reporting to the Security Duty Manager, you will be responsible for running the shift briefing and overseeing the security operations during the shift. You will play a key role in creating amazing guest experiences at The Star and ensuring a safe work environment. This is a full time position and requires full availability.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- Conduct shift briefings
- Oversee operations including supervising the team
- Report writing
- Performance management
- Managing anti-social behaviour and responsible service of alcohol, as well as controlling illegal and undesirable behaviour

**About you**
- RSA, RCG, valid security licence and First Aid Certificate
- Supervisor experience or at least two years’ experience as a senior security officer
