**About the role**

The Surveillance Supervisor works closely with the Surveillance Duty Manager to manage monitor room operations. You will directly supervise the recording, investigation and reporting of a range of threats including those that impact casino revenue, safety of guests and team members, illegal and undesirable activity and the integrity of gaming operations.

Additionally, you be responsible for leading, motivating and managing your team and providing advice and direction for trainee operators, as you work together in a dynamic environment.

**About you**
- Current NSW Security Industry Registry Licence (1E)
- Successful completion of the approved Trainee Surveillance Operators Course
- Minimum 2 years in Surveillance or relevant Casino experience
- Well-developed communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and drive excellence
- Ability to re-establish priorities and focus resources at short notice
- Operational decision-making skills
- Highly organised approach
- Technical/Professional Knowledge, including Game Protection knowledge on Casino scams, cheating, collusion, and advantage play
