We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Support Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a **_12-month fixed term_** contract. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Partner, the HR Support Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for new starters over their first 3 months and aid the recruitment team in facilitating operational assessment centres.

The HR Support Coordinator will assist both the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team in coordinating new hire inductions including contract creation and payroll induction

**_ Note, regular travel to Derrimut/Colac is required for this role_**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Schedule and coordinate new-starter inductions, ensuring best in class experience for those entering the Bulla business
- Prepare all new-starter induction packs
- Act as a point of contact for all new team members over their first 3 months within the business
- Facilitate payroll induction to ensure new starter paperwork is completed and collated in a timely fashion and returned to Payroll
- Organise and assist the Recruitment Coordinator and Operations team in facilitating operational assessment centres
- Liaise with local entities to promote the Bulla brand and a career at Bulla
- Assist the broader People & Culture/Talent Acquisition team with tasks as required

**You will have**:

- Minimum 2 years within a similar administrative role
- Demonstrated computer literacy including high level of competency in Microsoft office
- Ability to understand and adopt new technologies, and assist team members with them as required
- Current Australian driver's license and roadworthy vehicle
- Passionate and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
- Highly proactive and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
