We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team on a **_12-month fixed term_** contract. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Partner, the Recruitment Coordinator is part of the Talent Acquisition team and helps to manage the end-to-end recruitment of EBA roles within Bulla.

This is the perfect opportunity to help shape and develop our internal recruitment processes within a high-volume recruitment environment. You will work in conjunction with various stakeholders to ensure the fair and transparent recruitment of the best available talent that supports Bulla's strategic agenda.

**_Note, regular travel to Derrimut/Colac is required for this role_**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve quality talent introductions to Bulla, as well as key external providers e.g., LinkedIn, Seek, agencies where required
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner in creating and facilitating operational assessment centres
- Facilitating new starter payroll paperwork
- Liaise with medical provider to coordinator pre-employment medicals for all new starters

**You will have**:

- Minimum of 2+ years demonstrated experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
- Tertiary qualification in HR or similar discipline desired
- An in-depth understanding of the recruitment cycle including sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Passionate and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
