**Do work that matters**
As a Specialist UI Designer on Lumen, our Commbank Design System, you’ll be working across one of the biggest digital teams in the southern hemisphere. You’ll be collaborating daily with engineers, designers and business stakeholders to consistently improve the CBA Design System across our retail assets—The Commbank app and Netbank.

**We are interested to hear from people who have**
- Strong user interface and interaction designs skills, along with understanding of design-tokens and figma variables
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Experience designing across web, responsive mobile and native apps
- Ability to recognise aesthetic and visual design, knowing the difference between “good” and “great” work
- Experience working closely with an Agile development team
- A degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or similar field related to Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent experience
