**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Reporting and Analytics Specialist is responsible for analysing facilities management and broader TAFE Infrastructure NSW operations and service delivery data, producing business performance reports, periodic dashboards and responses to ad-hoc data requests to inform management decision making and measure progress against key functional and organisational strategic and operational objectives and deliverables.

The role works closely with facilities management team identifying opportunities for financial improvement and cost control.

**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for a highly analytical and enthusiastic Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join the Facilities Management team on an ongoing permanent position.
- Experience in providing a range of property and logistics, facilities management or maintenance analytics and reporting to support performance measurement and operational improvement.
- Experience using a range of formats, tools and systems to present data, reports and commentary that add value and are targeted to user needs.
- Demonstrated ability to use and interrogate a range of corporate systems including financial and SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to draw meaningful contribution and support in reaching outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills and data driven approach to assess corporate, regulatory and business performance reporting requirements for facilities management and the broader TAFE Infrastructure NSW group as required.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and ability to demonstrate your prioritisation and execution of key deliverables.
- Enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.
