**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Provide** customer service
- counter sales and via phone
- ** Support **a diverse customer base in providing product support.
- ** Attend **to sales enquiries/provide technical support.
- ** Liaise **with warehouse staff and assist with pick packing duties when required.

**Who are you?**
- ** Strong** technical skills and problem solving.
- ** Experience** in customer service in a retail environment.
- ** Good verbal** and written skills
- ** Ability** to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
- ** Computer literate** at an intermediate level
- Mechanical aptitude **with **bearing and power transmission knowledge is **advantageous.**:
