**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Branch Service Manager, the Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day to day running of TMHA Newcastle's Field Service department. You will assist in ensuring Field Service technicians are providing a timely and high-quality service to customers, in accordance with TMHA's standards and customer expectations.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the Field Service Technicians and ensure that planned work is completed in accordance with TMHA quality standards and customer expectations
- Process customer enquiries regarding service, quoted repairs and recommended repairs and co-ordinate service work and breakdown response in both a cost effective and timely manner.
- Ensure breakdown and service response times meet or exceed individual customer contract criteria and expectation.
- Ensure Field Service Technicians complete all paperwork, associated with each job, timely and accurately and submit it at the completion of each day.
- Maintain a good relationship with all TMHA customers on behalf of TMHA at all levels and attend on site meetings when required with TMHA customers.
- Provide technical support where required to all Field Service technicians and liaise with TMHA customer service team when required for such support.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Trade Qualification - Heavy Plant, Motor Mechanic, Auto Electrician or similar/relevant
- Extensive experience as a technician in the Material Handling Industry or similar/relevant industry
- Comprehensive product knowledge with the ability to provide and understand technical explanations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to work without supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as honesty when dealing with customers and TMHA stakeholders
