**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a full-time Health Club Manager for our Milne Bay Health Club in Toowoomba. The role aims to enhance overall customer experience, therefore we are seeking someone with a creative flair when engaging current clients and when driving our outreach programs. You are excited to lead and drive a team of instructors with an outstanding inspirational attitude, and clear targets. Due to the nature of our business, working hours may involve early starts, late finishes and weekend work.

**About You**:

- Prior experience within the health and fitness industry
- Hands on experience in managing staff, budgets, reporting, marketing and service development.
- Exceptional customer service and prior sales experience
- Fun and friendly attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Passionate about making a difference in the community
- You are ready to lead the way in creating extraordinary member experiences on a daily basis
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Hungry to drive improvements and work within a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications to be held/obtained prior to commencement**:

- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
