We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic breakfastfull timeChef and part time Cook to join our team at City Golf Club. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality meals, enjoys early mornings and lunch services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast menu items to a high standard.
  • Ensure food is presented consistently and meets portion control guidelines.
  • Building own menu and menu pricing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Work efficiently under pressure during peak service times.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a breakfast Chef and Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation and short-order cooking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
