Are you ready to drive the LEGO Group’s business with external retailers in alignment with business plans and growth expectations?

Due to business expansion, we are seeking for an outstanding individual with field service and some key account management background to join our team
Core Responsibilities

Account Management (50%)
- Account Management for portfolio of national Toy Speciality accounts (bricks and mortar and e-commerce). Tasks include:

- SI and CS planning through S&OP process
- Bottom up planning with Field Sales reps
- Building and performing Customer Pulse action plans.
- Product selling in
- Promotional planning and execution aligning to key drive periods (instore & online).

Field Sales Support (50%)
- Leading new business enquires.
- E-commerce support for Field Sales team and Toy Speciality channel.
- Support overall Field Sales strategy e.g. planning calendar and sell in tools.

Culture (over-arching)
- Demonstrate an attitude and demeanour that contributes the LEGO culture and brand.
- Become a brand ambassador for the LEGO Group
- High degree of confidentiality around the LEGO brand and retailer relationships.
- Understanding and appreciation around the LEGO consumer within the market place.

Do you have what it takes?

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or equivalent experience

Sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods company and/or retail experience, with previous territory management preferred
- 3-4 years Sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods company.
- Effective and confident communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx.. 15 nights away annually).
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be necessary.
- Physical requirements: Lifting outer cartons (15kg max), climbing ladders, pushing store trolleys.
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration

- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal direction
