Human Resources Internship - Global Realty Melbourne

Location: Melbourne CBD

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)

Schedule: Minimum 2~3 days/week (onsite required)

We are now inviting enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join us as a Human Resources Intern. This is an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates in Human Resources or Business seeking hands-on learning in a commercial setting.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Supporting end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling
- Assisting with employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding workflows
- Maintaining HR documentation and digital filing systems
- Coordinating training sessions and gathering feedback
- Participating in HR planning and team support tasks
- Assisting in recruitment of Property Consultants - incentive bonuses available for successful hires

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- A current student or recent graduate in HR or Business
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- **Fluent in English; Mandarin or Vietnamese proficiency is highly preferred due to the diversity of our client and consultant base**
- **This Traineeship is compliant with Fair Work Australia's guidelines and is offered as a vocational placement for educational and development purposes. No salary will be paid; however, training, supervision, and performance feedback will be provided throughout the internship.**_

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
