**Enabling Partner (Leadership Coach and Organisational Development specialist)**

**Full Time / Fixed Term (12 months) with potential extension / Hybrid working environment**

**About Chorus**

**Chorus is a WA-based organisation with close to 1000 team members and volunteers who support seniors, people on the mental health journey, and those living with a disability. Our purpose is to enable people to live the life they choose at home and in the community. We’ve designed a structure that focuses less on management and hierarchy and more on the things that matter - relationships, customers, and communities Our network of small local teams enables Chorus people to be more connected to each other and feel a sense of belonging.**

**About the role**

**As part of our Enabling team, you will support and coach Chorus leaders across the organisation to**:

- **Make sense of their leadership assessments and feedback.**:

- **Create actionable individual development plans.**:

- **Engage in meaningful individual and group-based learning and reflection.**

**You’ll also contribute to the design of the next phases of our leadership program as we continue to evolve leadership practice at Chorus.**

**This is a rare opportunity to do meaningful coaching work inside a self-managing, for-purpose organisation that values personal growth, collaboration and working differently.**

**What you will bring**:

- **Accreditation or strong familiarity with a Vertical Development assessment instrument (e.g., the Leadership Maturity Profile, Global Leadership Profile or Shifting Horizons)**:

- **Demonstrated substantial coaching experience, ideally in organisational settings**:

- **Experience debriefing 360 feedback assessments**:

- **Organisational development or leadership development experience**:

- **High comfort working in a self-organising or non-hierarchical structure**:

- **Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams**:

- **Curiosity, humility, and a developmental mindset**

**Must have requirements**:

- **Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence**:

- **Own vehicle**:

- **Proof of eligibility to work in Australia**:

- **NDIS Workers Screening Check**:

- **Willingness to spend time with Chorus customers and teams to build context**
