**Role Summary**:
The Manager Discovery & Partnering role is an opportunity in our Digital and Technology Delivery Enablement Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.

Leading a cross functional domain of discovery and design and business efficiency, the Manager Discovery and Partnering, leverages strong domain knowledge to build a practice that identifies opportunities to improve D&T's business engagement, team commitment and alignment, organisational digital outcomes and improved value delivery efficiencies through better problem solving and outcomes realisation.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead the delivery of strategies, roadmaps and other relevant artefacts that provide clarity and alignment on D&Ts involvement and optimised service offering in the discovery, design, and business efficiency domains.
- Effectively articulate and position the value of discover and design, business efficiency, effective business partnering and engagement practices.
- Work closely with Synergy's Enterprise Architecture team in relation to business engagement, to enable the delivery of insights required for the development of meaningful architectural artefacts.
- Maximise the investment of Synergy’s modern workplace technologies to ensure increased awareness and uptake of digital ways of working and engaging.
- Identify current and emerging capabilities trends and evolve D&T Discovery and Partnering capabilities and service offerings to improve business outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in writing and implementing impactful strategies, roadmaps, and associated artifacts, that drive high value business outcomes.
- Experience in demand management in relation to deployment and uplift of people capabilities.
- Transformation capability experience in relation to digital and technology.
- Experience in delivering business efficiency outcomes that drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Experience in demonstrated success in fostering commitment to discovery and design and business efficiency practices.
