These roles initially start as casual positions, with potential for permanent opportunities for standout performers after 3-6 months, with the shift times for 7am - 3pm.

**In addition to maintenance tasks, you'll also**:
Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and work instructions.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and machine setups as required for different machining operations.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Inspect finished parts for quality and precision, adjusting as needed to meet specifications.
Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production schedules and workflow.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and quality control purposes.

**Essential requirements for these roles include**:
Confident in CNC Machine Operation and Programming
Proficiency in Heidenhain and Fanuc Systems
Technical Drawing Interpretation Skills
Expertise in Tool Changes, Offsets, and Machine Setup
