Location: Smithfield, NSW

Company: Idealcorp

What we are looking for

We're looking for a Robot Operator to join the crew behind the machines that keep our business moving. This is hands-on, high-trust role, where showing up, thinking ahead, and doing things properly actually matters.

Whether you've been on the tools for years or you're ready to level up your skills, if you're mechanically minded, reliable, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact

As a Robot Operator, you'll be right in the thick of it, running the machines that keep our production rolling and our projects on track. From loading pipe and monitoring quality, to solving problems on the fly and keeping things safe, your work will directly impact how we deliver to our clients.

You'll be trusted to operate automated systems, track output, prep materials, and help improve how we do things. If you take pride in doing it right the first time, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a team that backs you, this is your chance to make it count.

About Idealcorp

We're leaders in geotechnical investigations and screw piling services, proudly serving the construction and civil industries across NSW, QLD & SA. As a growing business, we're committed to continuous improvement and investing in our people.

We're not just looking for someone to do the job, we're building a team for the long haul. If you're after a supportive environment where you're respected, valued, and encouraged to grow, Idealcorp is the place.
