Look no further - we have the perfect opportunity for you The role of Field Service Technician with HMPS Group involves delivering a variety of field services to HMPS and Propac Industrial customers including servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, training, and equipment modifications.

**Description**:
As the 'boots on the ground', customer facing expert in HMPS Group machinery, Field Service Technician, you will:

- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs as per established schedules.
- Attend breakdowns promptly, utilising problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
- Undertake new equipment installations with precision and expertise.
- Execute enhancements and updates to existing machinery to enhance functionality.
- Communicate transparently and promptly with clients and internal teams.
- Manage time effectively to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
- Embrace travel opportunities, including local and potential interstate assignments.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Possess a Mechanical Trade qualification.
- A-Grade or Restricted Electrical License is desirable.
- Previous experience as field service technician, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery required.
- Experience in the packaging industry with demonstrated proficiency in supporting high-speed production machinery is desirable.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is advantageous.
- Customer-focused mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with self-motivation and a results-oriented work approach.
- A valid current driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and interstate is essential for the role.
