The ICT Judicial Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of court operations by delivering high-quality technical support and ICT training to Judiciary and chambers staff, both within and outside the courtroom environment.

With a strong focus on service continuity, the role manages support tickets through to resolution in line with service standards, ensuring mínimal disruption during court proceedings.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to building trusted relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with technical teams to maintain reliable and responsive ICT services.

**Special Conditions**:

- There are multiple temporary contracts of up to 12 months available.
- This role is located in Adelaide CBD.
- Appointment is under the _Courts Administration Act 1993_. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the _Public Sector Act 2009_.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
- May be required to participate in a roster system between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and/or participate in a roster to provide after hours on-call services or weekend work.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 - ($85,790 - $95,413 pa + 12% superannuation)
