**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and professional New Car Sales Executive to join our clients prestigious dealership. This opportunity is for confident sales consultants who currently excel in selling either Prestige or Mainstream vehicles within a dealership environment.

As a New Car Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

- Showcasing the features and benefits of the vehicles to potential customers.
- Conducting comprehensive and engaging product demonstrations.
- Enjoying complete autonomy throughout the entire sales process.
- Skillfully managing various sales opportunities, including those arising from internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Expanding your network through participation in corporate events and leveraging referrals.
- Successfully working in with your Department Manager or Business Mangers to close deals.
- Identifying up-sell opportunities to maximize your income such as dealership finance, trade-ins, aftermarket products, and extended warranties.
- Demonstrating a commitment to achieving your assigned KPI's

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a successful sales consultant in a dealership environment, with a focus on Prestige or Mainstream vehicles.
- Professional presentation skills with the ability to represent the luxury brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, combined with problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in technology for efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking.
- Hold a valid NSW Drivers Licence.
