**What role do you have on offer?**
The role we have up for grabs is for a Car Sales Trainee to start their career with well know Prestige dealership located in the Inner West of Sydney.

The trainee title is purely results-focused (not time-specific) and is typically fast-tracked in as little as 1-3 months depending on how comfortable you feel and the progress you make.

By progressing to an "Executive" level sales results you'll receive an increased remuneration package and commission plan with the ability to work autonomously.

Your main aim in the Car Sales role is to connect with guests and ensure they have a seamless, exciting and genuine buying experience.

Your day-to-day looks like, but isn’t limited to:

- Demonstrating the vehicles to your guests.
- Taking guests on test drives in the vehicle of their choice
- Tailor the vehicle and enhance with packages to suit the guest’s key requirements.
- Negotiate price and terms.
- Provide a professional handover when the guest comes to pick up their new vehicle.
- On the job training and professional development.

- Specific product training by the new car manufacturer (e.g. if you are employed by a Toyota dealership you will have training provided by Toyota Australia

**Who are you?**
- Experience providing customer service either via the phone or face to face is essential.
- Are able to communicate clearly.
- Take pride in being punctual, professional, and organised.
- Get enjoyment out of building relationships and rapport with guests.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers license and have your own transport.
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
- Available to work most weekends due to the nature of retail sales.
