- They typically build in Bellevue Hill, Woollahra, Inner West, Mosman, Northbridge, Northern Beaches, Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands.

**About The Role**
- Foreman / Site Manager required a $4m to $5m heritage renovation and extension project in Glebe.
- Project has already started and will be required to manage through to completion.
- There will be other projects to move onto after this one is finished.

**Duties**
- Site management of trades.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.
- Work on the tools when required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing high-end architectural residential building projects from start to finish - new builds, renovations, extensions & additions.
