**The role**:
Supported by the wider corporate services team, you will be successful in executing our people initiatives as well as driving the HR function for our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a trusted advisor and truly partner with a dedicated client group to drive positive changes and support a rapidly growing business.
**Your impact**:
Delivering high quality people centric support, you will be integral to the overall success of our people function. You will provide expert advice and solve complex problems and queries relating to employment conditions and employee relations.

Who are you?
You will be exceptionally organised with a high attention to detail and able to juggle conflicting priorities. You possess a can-do attitude and have ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. You have a sound knowledge and understanding of Australian legislative framework, NES, Modern Awards and EBAs. You are proactive and willing to roll up the sleeves and help wherever it is needed
