**The Role**

The Risk and Compliance Assistant works within the Corporate Services team to ensure the efficient functioning of CHL’s regulatory compliance obligations. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Risk and Compliance team where you will be responsible for using relevant software to administer data entry, monitor compliance, and analyse trends.

**About You**

You will have experience in a similar role or qualification that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Compliance and Risk management. In addition, you will have strong skills in Excel and data analytics and the ability to work in a confidential and sensitive environment. You will have great attention to detail, be technologically savvy and open to adapting to new systems and be approachable to stakeholders who need assistance or advice.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Exceptional business administration and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to confidently communicate to a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with time management and working toward deadlines.
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with compliance and risk systems.

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
