**About the role at Qantas Group**

Interns in our People Services team will undertake the following tasks on a daily basis:

- Partners with the People & Culture Community (Line HRBP’s) in delivering generalist HR support across all departments of the Qantas Group business;
- Assists HRBPs and line managers with Workday queries
- Key conduit across People Services for HRBPs;
- Delivers Workday reporting/data requests for the HRBPS;
- Uses the right HR tools and practices to help in the delivery of change programs; and
- Assists HRBPs in projects when required.

You will be ideally be studying a Human Resources degree, and be looking for a placement that can show you how HR works 'behind the scenes' to support a large corporate business. You'll have good skills within MS Office, be willing to try new things and get outside your comfort zone, and have a passion for delivering high quality customer service
